For as long as you are the owner of the vehicle from the date of release, Bernie’s Custom Paint Inc. guarantees to repair free of charge any defects of workmanship or repairs stated on the repair order to the industry standards unless caused by unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY SHALL BE NULL AND VOID if:
A) The repair is altered, adjusted, or tampered with by any person not authorized by Bernie’s Custom Paint, Inc.
B) This warranty is not signed by management of Bernie’s Custom Paint, Inc.
